AIF believes that we must all expand our Empathy Skills and Emotional Intelligence to meet the future that is emerging.  
The assumptions of the past are outmoded and do not serve us or the biosphere.  Facing life and death is the way we become wise as humans.  We need to disrupt eldercare and to help the next generation to be wise.

The 'Alive Inside Thrive Certification' program will increase enrichment for residents, morale for
staff and revenue for the community. 

The pilot program is simple to implement, easy to manage, and designed to:

 Increase resident enrichment.
 Promote teamwork.
 Recognize all staff and reward some.
 Increase team morale.
 Increase occupancy, and revenue and decrease employee turnover.
