'The film, Alive Inside' focused on how music can awaken memory in those living with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.  

After the film, we wanted to do more.

We launched a program that brought together youth and elders and began to film for our follow-up movie.
The results were amazing.  The community very quickly achieved 100% occupancy and an 18-month
waitlist. Not only did the elders thrive, but so did the students, staff, and everyone involved.

As you may know, COVID shut down our program and production; we were devastated.

Since then, our team has been working diligently with our resources and experts to create 
grassroots programs that help everyone "Thrive."

To that end, we have developed the 'Alive Inside Thrive Certification.'  
A program developed to increase enrichment for residents, morale for
staff and revenue for the community. 

The pilot program is simple to implement, easy to manage, and designed to:

 Increase resident enrichment.
 Promote teamwork.
 Recognize all staff and reward some.
 Increase team morale.
 Increase occupancy, and revenue and decrease employee turnover.
