Does the Alive Inside Headsets have Warranty?

A:

Because of the price point at which we offer the headset we are not able to offer a warranty.

If your headset does have an issue please contact us. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and may ask you to send in your headset so that we can personally look at it.

We will then fix or replace your headset, but we cannot offer cash returns. These are handled on a case by case basis.
